Kroger deals...shopping trip yesterday....

I spent 81.00, saved 89.00..Not too bad! I LOVE when they run there 5.00 off sale...Its usually when you buy 10 participating items, but this time it was when you spend 25.00 in P&G coupons...and there was no limit...so I went ahead and purchased a ton of stuff, incuding my husbands 9.00 deoderant...well with coupons, it was brought down to 7.00 each(I purchased three...but the nice thing is when you purchase the P&G items it counts the full price towards the 25.00, and doesn't minus the value from the coupons you use, so you can actually make money off this deal if you do it right...And I asked an associate while I was there if all P&G items were included, and she said only the ones marked...but that is actually not true. I purchased the Basic Bounty paper towel individual rolls because of the coupon thats always in the P&G paper...if you buy 2 Bounty towels you get 1.00 off...our store doubles which makes the paper towel rolls free...after looking at my reciept they included that in the P&G sale...also Aussie products only some were marked, but actually all are participating..So heres a little idea of what I got yesterday with the P&G sale and coupons combined...

Merry Christmas a few days late!

Sorry its been a little while since I posted....I haven't stopped sewing, cleaning, cooking, moving furniture around...and I'm not sure if it will stop until after February! I have 5 birthdays from now until February...I will do my best to keep up on the blog...posting deals, and hand crafted items....





I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!! We sure did....I ended up with the slippers above...a much long want, but couldn't bring myself to pay 48.00 for some slippers....well they ended up getting marked down to 28.00, I thought well thats not terrible...but as I went to go check out they wanted to charge me 10.00 for shipping! I was like what?!? So I sent BODENUSA an email and just stated that there shipping charges were outrageous for a pair of slippers...after 4 days, I recieved an email back saying they'd like to offer me a 10.00 credit on my next order to cover my shipping charges....Now thats what I'm talking about! I went ahead and ordered my slippers and am anxiously awaiting them! I also recieved the other picture above...very excited about the Kitchen aid Professional 600 mixer! This will make bread making much easier!! :) I also recieved another amazing gift...but you will have to wait for a week to find out...I will also post some pics of the kiddos and there Christmas morning...It was a lot of fun!

Walmart: WII for as Cheap as 150.00 Starting DEC. 8 at 8 AM..

Walmart just released this deal:
You might have thought Black Friday marked the end of the holiday deals season, but Walmart has other plans.


Starting this Saturday (Dec. 5th), at 8 AM, Walmart will be offering a $50 gift card with every Wii purchase, bringing the effective price of the console down to just $149.99 -- and that's easily the best deal on a Wii we've ever seen.


The deal will last until December 12, or while supplies last. Good luck with that "while supplies last" thing: we'd guess that to be certain of a Wii deal you'll want to be there first thing on Saturday morning.
